Even after you get past this person's poor spelling, grammar, and typing skills, there's the fact that my resume shows only 2.5 years professional experience post-college, and absolutely nothing about any sort of people-management abilities. The position is for an IT manager who needs to manage people doing the things I do, but you can't just do a keyword search across resumes for that sort of position and not minimally glance at the results it turns up!
