Spam seems to be creeping up at 2 to 3% a month for me:

(Full log since I've been bothering to log lives here.) And this is just the stuff that my spam filtering systems caught.

At this rate, spam will be over 50% of my SMTP traffic by July of this year, over 75% in 2006, and at about 90% around January 2008. (Those are actually conservative estimates, incidentally.)
