Indians (dot, not feather).

In all this (moronically) continuing out-sourcing hoopla, I have this to say:

I've called Veritas at 3 am EST and spoken to someone in India on no fewer than four occasions. Those four occasions are numbers one through four in my “best tech support experiences ever” list.

If Indian citizens can do the job better and are willing to do it for less, where's the fucking problem?
