<gr> What cocksucker developer with openssl thought it was a good idea to include sym links with fucking spaces in them pointing at man pages?
<gr> With whose man(1) is that EVER going to work?
<gr> (Hint: Solaris’s pkgmk doens’t like it much either. Grrr.)
Really.
I mean, how is this:
rain:pkg/openssl-0.9.7c# ls -l /usr/local/ssl/man/man7/Modes\ of\ DES.7 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root other 11 Oct 15 18:07 /usr/local/ssl/man/man7/Modes of DES.7 -> des_modes.7
even remotely necessary?
Who are they kidding?
Someone who wouldn’t have found des_modes.7 by way of an apropos des would think of man “Modes of DES”?
And even if they do, will they be at all better off with this:
rain:pkg/openssl-0.9.7c# man "Modes of DES" Reformatting page. Please Wait...nroff: cannot open file /usr/local/ssl/man/man7/Modes done
Give me a fucking break.
